I would not recommend this establishment for a business meeting. My business partner and I were seated at a table during a call when a staff member approached us and informed us that we were being too loud, despite our conversation being conducted at a soft volume. She claimed that the two tables on either side of us had left due to our noise, which was untrue—they had simply finished their meals. Additionally, she did not address the individuals sitting at the bar, who were speaking loudly and making inappropriate, sexually explicit comments in front of the entire restaurant. This inconsistency in handling the situation was disappointing and unprofessional. Our server was amazing though. We did tell her what happened and she did apologize.

We already love this place and come often with all our friends but today they had a FABULOUS DJ on their new patio on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon and it was AMAZING!!
We will be here every Saturday afternoon o

Atmosphere and service was superb.
The food was prepared with love and knowledge of French cuisine.
We highly recommend this venue for Lunch/Brunch.
Our menu:
Devil Eggs with salmon was a hit accompanied by (4) Billecart champagne!
We split a frisée salad and Trout Almondine - perfect for a lunch.
Ended our lunch with Creme Brûlée with coffee.
Will definitely revisit for dinner!

A Houston institution.
We went for the birthday cotton candy.
We decided to try some real food.
The butter for the bread was addictive.
The steak tartare had too much sambal oelek in it (too spicy) to eat. They allowed us to substitute the beef carpaccio.
We also had the mussels and frisée salad.
They’re doing some renovations and so some weird reason, there were a lot of flies.
Everyone was nice.
Lucky, they were open on a Monday.
Amazingly extensive drink menu.

Excellent place! Food was so delicious. All the seafood items were super fresh. Some of the best oysters in the city. The deviled eggs with caviar are to die for. If you’re not a seafood lover, they have a wonderful selection of chicken, lamb, and duck dishes. Don’t skip dessert!!!
