Two couples went thinking this would be an upscale bowling night with some food and drinks. We made a reservation 4-5 days in advance. Upon arrival, they check us in and tell us to go to lane 1. We go over there and previous customers hadn't even left, all there leftover food, plates, drinks, shoes and everything along with the customers were still there. We went back and was told they would get it cleaned up. We waited for about 5 minutes. Then we had to ask them to set time correctly because we paid for 1.5 hours vs 1 hour. When they did that, they immediately started the clock. We still didn't even have our shoes to bowl (you have to wait for them to get them. You cannot get yourself). So once we finally got our shoes, 7 minutes had passed on our playing clock. Ridiculous. The clock shouldn't start until the first ball is thrown.We ordered pizza (pretty good) and stuffed mushrooms (ok). We had to ask for plates, silverware and napkins after our food was delivered. The staff only came around one additional time to check on us. We would have ordered more drinks but...When we were done, we went to bathroom to wash our hands. My friend stepped into a huge pile of throw up in the hallway to bathrooms. Disgusting.It was a complete disappointment. We have gone to other upscale bowling alleys before and it was actually upscale. This seemed like a bunch of kids trying to run a place that was way over their head.Just skip it and go somewhere else. We definitely won't be back. Way to expensive for what it really is in the end.

Opened a tab and the staff gave my debit card to someone else at a different table. didn’t nothing to accommodate this happened on a weekend so was really hard for me to get another card and the person swiped it multiple cards. They acted liked they dropped it behind the register for about a hour than finally came and told me they gave it to another customer. This was the worst experience ever. I now think the company is highly racist and unprofessional!

Nice place. The only thing is bad bowling tracks are old. They sometimes glitch after a strike being hit - unable to place pins back

This is a great place for a private event.Lots of laughter and fun was had as we were all equally bad.Lots of food, nice pours from the bar, and very attentive staff.10/10 recommend.

Had an awesome time at Bowl & Barrel and I definitely recommend this place! Everything was very good, across the board. From the service, to the food, to the drinks, to the bowling - just a cool experience. I like the twist on the bowling experience with filling out the form and the staff taking care of setting everything up and bringing the shoes. We did experience some computer glitching but the staff was quick to resolve.

Great option for rainy summer day with your kids! Shoes sizes run weird, size up. Food was good but more gluten free option would be stellar.

Great place for a hangout with friends, date night, or family night. Great vibes and music. 100% recommend calling ahead to reserve a lane, especially on weekends that way you’re not sitting there waiting as there are not other activities to do, just eat and drink while you wait. There are only 14 lanes available, 6 people per lane.If you like real bowling, this is not the place for you. Pins are on a string and they were having issues where you’d hit a pin but that pin would be placed back on the lane. Manager was very accommodating, we switched lanes and continued to have the same issue and they took care of us.We ordered the spinach artichoke dip which was okay but I’d say not worth the $15.All in all, I’d be willing to go back again and hopefully have a better experience than the first.

This is a really cool and fun place to go bowling with a good group of friends or family. The appetizers and drinks were very tasty and fresh. The service was very attentive and courteous. Highly recommend.

I recently hosted a corporate event with over 100 guests at Bowl and Barrel and wanted to recognize Ingrid, the venue manager, and her amazing team. They were super professional and paid attention to every little detail, making the whole event a seamless, successful experience!The food and drink selection were great as they had a variety of tasty dishes that catered to all preferences.All in all, Bowl and Barrel exceeded my expectations, and I have Ingrid and her incredible team to thank for that. They truly made our visit special, and I can't wait to come back soon.
