My fiancé and I tried this place for the first time tonight and really enjoyed it. We started with a few of the bar bites (forgot to take pictures of those😅). The Baby Repolyo and Beef Short Rib were definitely standouts. I ordered the Canton (noodles) and my girl ordered the Silog (rice bowl). Both were good but the crazy part about it we both liked each other’s dish better and ended up switching. Service at the bar was great as well as the atmosphere. I could definitely see myself grabbing drinks with a group of friends here. This place is definitely worth a visit!
P.S. They have about 10-15 parking spaces which is decent compared to most places in the heights.

We first found this place about 3 months ago, and since then, we have been back like 8 times. The food is great and super unique so that many people have not had it before. It's never too crowded when we have been either. The staff is friendly and the prices are good. Everyone we take here loves it!

This place is located in a nice spot with a reasonable amount of parking. Uniquely decorated inside and has a bar. There are booths, high top tables, regular tables, outdoor seating under umbrellas, and seating available at the bar. Service was good, attentive, and friendly. The restaurant is clean and maintained. Bathrooms are the same. High chairs are available for babies if you're visiting this spot for lunch. However, not sure I would take children here in the evening. Prices are pretty average, as was the food. I was really wanting to love this place, but unfortunately, the food just didn't live up to the hype.

The presentation was on point, but the food itself has some room for improvement. The Kare Kare peanut sauce was delicious, but the beef, unfortunately, was not great. I actually avoided the beef and just continued to eat the vegetables and sauce with the side of white rice that it comes with. The beef was clearly cooked separately from the sauce, making it dry and also a little chewy. It also had a strange flavor to it so this was slightly disappointing. The sauce, though, was great!

The Pancit Canton was another dish I was looking forward to trying but unfortunately didn't hold much flavor.

The Filipino BBQ beef short rib was delicious. It's a little on the salty side, but yet still delicious. Packed with flavor and tender meat, this was definitely my favorite. This can be found on the menu under "Bar Bites." I would definitely recommend trying this. Though it is a small serving being that it is on the Bar Bites menu. It's a little pricey for what it is but still yummy regardless.

The BMP Taco Libre Chicken Tacos were ok. There are a few different choices for the tacos, so maybe one of the others could have been better, but as for the Abodo chicken tacos, I was very underwhelmed.

If you are visiting this establishment, definitely try the Filipino BBQ Beef Short Rib and the Kare Kare, but perhaps with the pork instead of the beef as the beef really wasn't great.

I really like the atmosphere here. The food was great we ordered five or six different authentic Filipino dishes and they did not disappoint. I thought their drink specials was great and they do have Filipino beer like San Miguel. Go with lumpia apps, Sissig, kere kere and the adobo was good too.

My friend and I stopped by Be More Pacific in the Heights, and it did not disappoint! We tried a little of everything—chicken adobo, pancit bihon, lechon, leche flan, and turon—and every dish was packed with flavor. The lechon was crispy perfection, and the adobo had that tender, comforting taste you hope for. The turon and leche flan were spot on for dessert. Definitely a go-to spot if you're craving delicious Filipino food in Houston!

What a nice treat this place turned out to be. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, and on that day the DJ was playing all of our favorites without even knowing us. Definitely going to return for more.

Highly recommend anything with crispy pork, they know what they are doing.

Nut allergy friendly: I think some sauces have nuts but we had no issues with any of our dishes.

    Order-to-Entree: 10 minutes after 9PM.

We got here pretty late, around 9:20PM Saturday night. Still a good number of people there and both Karaoke rooms were full of people.

With three people, we decided to share these dishes below.
Sadly, our rice came out undercooked on all dishes, and we reported this to the kitchen when we got checked on. Scores below are assuming the rice isn't undercooked.

Tosilog (5/5): All of us unanimously agreed it was the best dish here. The portions of meat are appropriate.
Spamsilog & Longsilog (3.5/5): One sausage and two pieces of spam felt a little light. The spam was seared nicely. The sausage flavor reminds me a lot of Chinese sausage.
Tapsilog (3/5): I felt that the amount of ribeye was not enough compared to the rice. There was cartilege in some ribeye pieces that made them hard to eat.
The sunny side up egg on all silogs were perfect.
Leche Flan (2.5/5 - 3.5/5): Reviews varied in our group. Ultimately, we felt that it was more of a creme brulee than a flan. The top is flame burned like a creme brulee. The flan wasn't that flavorful without the caramel.

Unfortunately, they were out of the Halo Halo and Ube ice cream. Overall disappointing considering those are half of the options for the Restaurant Week menu.

Overall, I would come back for the Tosilog and try the happy hour, but it was disappointing. 4/5 with -1 for the undercooked rice but +1 for the fantastic tosilog, but I look forward to revising my rating with other dishes here.
